Home Remedy For Hair Fall.

Hair fall can be caused by various factors, including stress, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and genetics. While home remedies may not completely cure hair fall, they can help in reducing it. Here are a few home remedies that may be helpful:

Coconut oil: Coconut oil is known for its hair-strengthening properties. Apply warm coconut oil to your scalp and hair, massage it for a few minutes and leave it on for an hour or two before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Amla (Indian gooseberry): Amla is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, which are beneficial for hair growth. You can use amla powder to make a hair mask by mixing it with water or coconut oil. Apply the mask to your scalp and hair and leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off.

Onion juice: Onion juice contains sulfur, which is essential for hair growth. Extract onion juice and apply it to your scalp, leave it on for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Aloe vera: Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties and can soothe an irritated scalp. Apply fresh aloe vera gel to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off.

Egg: Eggs are a rich source of protein and biotin, which are essential for hair growth. Mix an egg with a tablespoon of olive oil and apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek seeds contain proteins and nicotinic acid, which are beneficial for hair growth. Soak a handful of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind them to make a paste. Apply the paste to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Green tea: Green tea contains antioxidants that promote hair growth and prevent hair loss. Brew some green tea and apply it to your scalp, leave it on for an hour before washing it off.

Hibiscus: Hibiscus flowers are rich in vitamin C and amino acids, which are beneficial for hair growth. Crush a few hibiscus flowers and mix them with coconut oil or yogurt. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar can help balance the pH level of your scalp, which can prevent hair fall. Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and apply it to your scalp after shampooing. Leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing it off.

Curry leaves: Curry leaves contain nutrients that are beneficial for hair growth. Heat some coconut oil and add a few curry leaves to it. Let the mixture cool down and apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it on for an hour before washing it off with a mild shampoo.

Remember, these remedies may not work for everyone, and it is important to identify the underlying cause of your hair fall and address it. If your hair fall is severe or persistent, it is always advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
